Appointment Etiquette at Liyahs Nail Room
To ensure that all clients are treated with respect, please arrive on time for your appointments. If you are running late, please inform me as soon as possible to minimize any inconvenience to clients scheduled after you. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we will need to reschedule your appointment for another time.
Cancellation Policy: How to Cancel Your Appointment
We know that sometimes unexpected events happen, and you might need to cancel your appointment. If that's the case, don't worry! Just notify me at least 5 hours before your appointment by sending a quick message. However, if you cancel less than 5 hours before your appointment or fail to notify me of the cancellation, a cancellation fee will be charged.
Appointment Deposits
To book your appointment, a non-refundable deposit of $10 is required. This deposit is transferable in case you need to reschedule your appointment.
Preparing for Your Nail Appointment
To ensure a prompt start to your nail appointment, please arrive with bare nails. Also, kindly note that I do not provide fill-ins over other technicians' work. If you have previous work from another salon, you will need to book a soak-off appointment before scheduling a new nail session.
